Fusion - Leannes Butterfly Palette - NON NEON
The Fusion Body Art & FX Spectrum Leanne's Butterfly Palette includes 6 Fusion Body Art mini Split Cakes: Leanne's Lollipop, Berry Butterfly, Berry Pretty, Tink, Leanne's Sunshine and Leanne's Princess.
The incredible Leanne Courtney designed this Spectrum Butterfly Palette for all of the color lovers of the world! You can paint all sorts of tropical and colorful neon/UV inspired designs that will pop like crazy and even glow under black light (not all colors in this palette glow under black light). No need to try to find the perfect color combo for your next gig, you have them all here in this beautifully designed painting palette. From butterflies, to roses, fairies and princess crowns, there is nothing that you can't paint with this beautiful palette. Take them to a Rave or a music festival and be the center of attention wearing these glowing colors. All colors are super bright even under regular lights. Each cake is shorter, shallower and wider than the original Fusion Split Cakes. Fusion neon paints will not glow in complete darkness, they need to be exposed to black lights to glow, LED black lighst will give you the strongest effect. Although artists around the world use these paints to produce amazing face and body art designs, the USA FDA has yet to test these pigments for skin safety so in the USA we are forced to indicate that these paints are only to be used as a special effects products to paint over clothing, prosthethics and other surfaces. Fusion Body Art has conducted private testings by specialized labs to determine that these products are indeed safe to be used on the skin, but regulations in the USA still require for us to indicate that they are not to be used on the skin. Please know that the FDA usually doesn't test a pigment for safety unless it feels there is a public concern over the safety of the pigment. As an example, even though henna and tattoo inks are widely used, the FDA has not yet tested them for skin use, meaning that they are in the same situation as neon "face" paints. Based on current regulations any off label use is at the user's discretion.
Water is the magic tool to activate Fusion Body Art and FX paints. We recommend that painters or parents apply water to their painting brush or sponge and then load the paint onto their tool, rather than spraying the paints with a misting bottle. Spraying might lead to an over absorption of water into your paint cake, which means soft, sticky paint that is harder to use. Load a moist sponge or a flat or angular brush (1" to 3/4" if you want to pick up all of the colors) by sweeping from side to side across the Split Cake using a small amount of water to moisten your paint until you have created a smooth light creamy paste, wipe any excess paint off of your sponge or brush on the edge of the container and apply. Choose a sponge or brush size based on how many colors you want to pick up. Hold the cake vertically so that any dripping paint will run down the color of the stripe, and not across the whole rainbow. Put just the tiny tip of your brush back in your water cup if you need to add more water. You want the paint to be fully loaded, appearing wet and shiny, but not drippy. Make sure that your brush is lined up with the correct colors when you reload. Rinse and repeat if colors start to get too mixed. Do you really want to wash this off? You can easily remove Fusion Body Art and FX paints with soap and water from most surfaces; simply lather the surface with soap using a soft sponge or wash cloth, rub the paint gently until it looks like all of it has been loosened from the painted area and then rinse with water; repeat as needed. .
Neon colors, like in other brands, are made with pigments that have not been approved by the FDA to be used on cosmetics (the FDA has not tested them yet for cosmetic use) but they have been independently tested and have been determined safe for cosmetic use by independent laboratories. All Fusion Body Art Prime and Pearl colors are made with US FDA and EU compliant high-quality ingredients and are hypoallergenic. They contain no perfume, parabens or lanolin to reduce the risk of allergic reactions. Fusion Body Art face paints are vegan and they are not tested on animals. Fusion Body Art paints are manufactured in China under the direction and strict supervision of the Fusion Body Art team in Australia, using a formula designed by Fusion Body Art with ingredients sourced and provided by Fusion Body Art. All pigments for Prime colors are made in the USA, as well as all FD&C and D&C pigments used on the Pearl range, which guarantees the use of only the safest and highest quality pigments in the production of Fusion Body Art face paints. The paraffin wax used on Fusion's Paraffin White and Pearls is one of the finest Japanese waxes available in the market for cosmetic use. Fusion Body Art makeup products are great for your cosplay characters, Halloween costume parties, carnivals, fundraisers and more. Like all face paint brands, due to changes in environmental temperature and moisture levels, the paint can expand and contract inside the container creating cracks on the surface of the cake, and possibly cause the cake to shrink a bit in its container. This does not affect the performance of the product and cracks will seal by themselves once you start using it. Depending on the specific binders and pigments used and the environmental conditions, the consistency of the product can vary from hard and dry to soft and clay like. Either way, you will still be able to paint perfectly with your cakes. .
